NEw hospital
Tondo is the largest town within a rural health zone which includes four nursery schools, seven primary schools and six secondary schools, and a large population including elderly and special needs patients. But there is no modern hospital structure capable of serving patients and there is no medical equipment or hospital beds to serve this large region. Tondo is located on Lake Tumba and serves many villages located around this huge lake. A hospital in this strategic location will provide facilities for childbirth, serious injury, diseases of many kinds, and people with chronic health problems. At this time there is nowhere for them to go when medical services are needed.
We have already arranged for an architect/builder to visit the site and make plans. We have developed a comprehensive project proposal for building the new hospital. The community has donated the land and are helping in many ways. They are very excited to get a new hospital. We hope that you will support them.
